Field Replenishment Analyst
- Manage replenishment planning for approximately 200 field technicians across the LiftOne regional network including conducting reviews with technicians directly on a regular basis
- Optimize van stock levels, reorder points, and replenishment schedules using historical data and SAP S/4HANA tool suites
- Monitor field locker and consignment location performance and recommend stocking adjustments
- Participate in van inventory audits, identifying and addressing slow-moving, excess, and dead stock
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to resolve replenishment issues and support sourcing initiatives
- Track and report KPIs through dashboards and scorecards, driving continuous improvement
- Identify supply risks — including seasonality, lead time changes, and inventory leakage — and take proactive action
- Other duties as assigned
- 2–4 years of experience in inventory planning, supply chain, or a related analytical role
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI (or similar tools)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sharp attention to detail
- Clear communicator — comfortable working with field technicians and corporate teams alike
- Familiarity with field service or equipment maintenance operations is a plus
- Former experience within a technician space and/or parts management with exposure to high volume transaction environments is a plus.
