At WesTrac, this role is far more than an entry-level position — it is a critical, highly administrative function that underpins major commercial decisions, directly influencing financial outcomes across the business. In fact, our EGM began their career in this very role, highlighting the long-term opportunities available for high-performing individuals.

Working within our Sales Execution team, you will gain hands-on exposure to the full lifecycle of high-value customer orders across mining and construction equipment, while building a strong foundation in commercial operations.

This is a detail-intensive, process-driven position where accuracy and organisation are essential. You will play a key role in coordinating and administering sales activities, ensuring contracts, pricing, and delivery requirements are accurate and aligned.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the administrative coordination of sales contracts, including machine orders, pricing adjustments, and documentation.
  • Validate and reconcile key commercial data such as costs, margins, invoicing, and asset tracking
  • Support the end-to-end order lifecycle – from contract creation through to delivery and final invoicing
  • Manage multiple systems and datapoints to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal processes
  • Review and interpret contractual terms and conditions, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
  • Track order progress and resolve discrepancies to ensure timely delivery and strong customer focus

This role has a direct financial impact, requiring strong attention to detail and accountability, as even small errors can influence margins and overall business performance.

Skills & Experience:

  • A recent graduate in Business, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Strong analytical ad numerical skills with a high attention to detail
  • A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage high-volume administrative tasks
  • Confidence working across multiple systems and handling complex data
