Human Resources Business Partner
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to assigned business units and leaders, aligning people strategies, programs, and practices with business priorities while owning key relationships.
- Proactively partner with leaders to identify workforce risks and opportunities, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, compensation, policy interpretation, investigations, and workplace issues—balancing business needs with employee considerations.
- Leverage data, judgment, and business insight to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and guide decisions across the employee lifecycle, strengthening engagement, performance, retention, and long-term organizational health.
- Support organizational change efforts, including workforce planning, restructures, succession planning, team effectiveness, and leader readiness, helping leaders navigate change with clarity and consistency.
- Collaborate across HR and the business to identify development needs, improve adoption of HR processes and technology, and execute projects that enhance leader capability, process effectiveness, and organizational consistency.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience required, including employee relations, performance management and direct partnership with leaders on complex people matters.
- Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including employment law, organizational effectiveness, change management, compensation practices, and workforce planning.
- Strong business partnership, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence leaders, build trust and work effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to assess complex people issues, diagnose root causes, interpret employment laws and policies, and apply sound judgment to support decisions with long-term organizational impact.
- Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of HR practices, change management principles, and leader coaching approaches that support effective decision-making and organizational success.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business systems, with the ability to leverage data and reporting tools to identify trends and inform recommendations.
- Ability to analyze people data, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and partner with leaders to support informed workforce and business decisions.
- Availability, and capability, to drive/travel for business purposes.
- PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent certification.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
