Quinn Company — one of the top?performing Caterpillar dealers in the world — is hiring a Sales Representative – Product Support in Riverside, California. In this role, you will manage an assigned customer territory, support customer retention and development, and offer product support solutions that increase sales and strengthen long?term partnerships.

Founded in 1919, Quinn Company sells, services, and rents a full line of construction, agricultural, and material?handling equipment along with diesel and natural gas engines. This position offers a base salary plus commission, with total annual compensation ranging from $75,000 to $100,000.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

  • Sell Parts & Product Support Solutions: Promote and sell undercarriage, fluids, GET, SOS services, and other consumable parts.
  • Manage Your Territory: Meet long? and short?term objectives through effective time management and strategic planning.
  • Develop Business Plans: Create territory forecasts and business plans to support sustainable growth.
  • Maintain Customer Records: Keep accurate records of lost sales, machine population, surveys, influencers, serial numbers, and hour?meter readings.
  • Conduct Inspections: Perform and manage scheduled machine and undercarriage inspections to identify customer needs.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Build positive working relationships with parts, shop, rental, and sales teams to deliver seamless customer support.

 

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of two years of related sales or industry experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong communication, planning, and relationship?building skills
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend effective parts and service solutions
  • Self?motivated, organized, and able to work independently in the field
