JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
Supervise and develop the Condition Monitoring team. Providing solutions to the customers for digital products, coach, training, and troubleshooting the customers’ needs as required. The underlining goal will be to provide a better return on assets for the company. Supervise the daily activities of the CMA(s). Oversee and report findings to customers and management. Use applications developed specifically to organize sample results. Machine registration and filing help tickets will be required.
Continuous support for the CAT Connect program. Benchmark reporting and custom reporting
Aggregate data to provide digital solutions. Work with internal and external customers to provide solutions. Assist in the development of the ACM program.
Must be able to work with a broad range of personalities and internal/external customers. Problem-solving, negotiation, listening, and assertiveness. Verbal and written communication skills, customer-oriented, high energy level, able to handle multiple tasks, be organized and detail-oriented. Must have the ability to learn new technical material related to Heavy Equipment products and services. Strong computer and software skills are required. Ability to assist with selling products or services preferred.
A college degree is preferred. High School Graduate with a minimum of two years of experience and/or education combination related to parts and service repair, monitoring, operations, or sales within an Engine, Equipment, or related industry. Experience related to equipment or automotive monitoring applications is a plus.
MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard, and to verbally communicate to exchange information. May need to lift 50lbs.
