This opening is intended to be a Full time position.
Analyze and monitor each exchange component rebuild and any associated variances.
Collaborate with Cashman rebuild shops and other stakeholders to improve exchange rebuild data quality to ensure accurate Standard Jobs.
Translate work order administration to ensure proper processing, consistency, and traceability into an actionable business strategy.
Collaborate with numerous business units to leverage existing data, deliver tangible visualizations, and create analytical reports.
Provide data to pinpoint areas of opportunity by providing managers with performance results and trend projections.
Communicate effectively with parts accounting to review pricing and receivable accounts as required.
Support internal analytics teams by facilitating knowledge-sharing and skill development.
Act as an internal consultant to work across company divisions to provide and/or interpret information.
Train users on analytic solutions and provide technical assistance when needed.
Adhere to company policies, procedures and regulations.

Report any unsafe acts or conditions.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Exceptional data analysis, dashboard creation, and visualization skills.
Proven skills in producing easy-to-understand reports summarizing data analysis findings.
Ability to write routine reports and effective correspondence for internal and external audiences.
Strong communication and strong stakeholder management skills.
General knowledge of business systems
Proficient working knowledge of SQL, VBA, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Basic Java & Python preferred
Ability to relate to all levels of employees and be a team player who motivates and educates other team members.
Ability to set and manage priorities for both individual and team responsibilities and tasks.
A commitment of learning and a love of data
Ability to travel across the territory to visit customers and branches is required. Some out-of-region travel may be required (up to 25%).
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in mathematics or statistics or other quantitative field.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a quantitative or analytical role. An equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
Experience with Tableau, Cognos, or other BI tools is preferred.
Experience using Microsoft SQL Server, SQL, Excel.
