The Facilities Manager is responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of the buildings throughout the T&E territory.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
The Facilities Manager needs to demonstrate a high level of teamwork with all departments and Business Units. Have excellent communications skills. Experience with building maintenance is preferred. Demonstrate organizational skills and leadership skills. PC skills are required with experience with Microsoft Office and general office equipment. Travel and overnight stays required to branch stores. High school diploma to equivalent necessary, must have valid state driver’s license.
