ICM Solutions Crushing Systems Service Technicians perform troubleshooting and repairs on a variety of makes and models of rock crushing and environmental processing equipment, to ensure proper factory specifications and correct system operation.  This may include disassembly and assembly, diagnosis, testing, inspection, maintenance, and general repair in field or in shop as required. 

Position Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of operating and repairing Gomaco concrete pavers required.
  • Model safe working habits in all aspects of the job.
  • Perform Field Service troubleshooting and repair work on variety of makes and models of rock crushing and environmental processing equipment. (Metso, Eagle, Mccloskey, Edge, Ecoverse, Etc.)
  • Proficient in reading schematics and troubleshooting/repairing electric and hydraulic systems.
  • Ability to work with people in a positive way coach, mentor, educate
  • Must be willing to work out of town, overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Must comply with all DOT regulations, including maintaining and completing daily log books, inspections, etc.
  • Maintain Field Service truck and company provided tooling and equipment.
  • Have and maintain a clean MVR (no more than 1 moving violation under the age of 25, and no more than 2 if over the age of 25).
  • Have and maintain a CDL.
  • Must be self-driven to learn and continually improve, and mentor others to excel.
  • Good working knowledge of crushing equipment, components, and systems.
  • Demonstrated excellent work ethic with self-motivation, ability to work safe with minimal supervision on customer job sites, while maintaining dealership expectations of thoroughness and customer service.
  • An urgency and understanding of down customer machine situations, and a willingness to resolve any issue safely, timely, and above expectations.
  • Must have good computer and report writing skills
  • Great organizational skills, great communicator, support management
  • Have the ability to keep up with new technology and advancements.
  • Current MSHA

 Preferred qualifications:

  • Prior field experience
  • 3+ Years working on crushing equipment
  • Certified welder with field welding experience
  • Dependable and willing to meet customers expectation’s
  • Must have good computer and report writing skills
  • DBS, MODERN
