This position requires a ‘safety first in all tasks’ approach with a commitment to using and following all Campbell Companies safety policies and tools. The position is responsible for performing repairs, service and troubleshooting on most types of Caterpillar equipment with hydraulic and electrical systems. Excellent work ethic with emphasis on safety, quality and customer relations/service. Must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, a professional attitude and appearance. Must understand the urgency our industry requires and the needs of our customers while performing safe and quality work. Complete all required paperwork daily (detailed service reports, work orders, etc.) and basic computer skills are necessary. This position also requires extended hours, occasional weekends and holidays. Candidates must be able to work as a TEAM to accomplish the goals and objectives of the Wheeler Product Support Team.
