Manage the efficient operations of machine sales processing and inventory control. Understand business direction based on inventory levels by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Maintain/improve Market share - Makes decisions on timeliness of Machine orders, proper Machine specification, developing and maintaining effective relations with other CAT dealers and company sales force to ensure appropriate inventory levels.
•Keep freight costs to a minimum.
•Manage inventory control activities. Analyze and monitor inventory levels through out Quinn locations.
•Responsible for Sales Link administration and training.
•Responsible for Work Tool Inventory.
•Manage business related issues of machine sales processing.
•Manage use of Dealer Business Systems (DBS) to reflect accurate inventory and population data.
•Aligns, partners, and collaborates with assigned HR representative to proactively manage staffing, workforce development, employee communication, employee relations and support / develop business unit objectives.
•Provide leadership direction to the entire department. Communicate and influence direct reports effectively to develop good working relationships and teamwork.
•Communicate understanding and support of Quinn's organizational goals. Interact effectively with individuals and groups throughout the company. Develop and maintain working relationships with departments and sister business units in order to improve the overall company performance.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and four to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
