The Marketing Data Analyst is principally responsible for supporting sales activities, but also those for marketing, customer service, and technical support, is responsible for CRM module troubleshooting, analyzing, maintaining, and training. Sets up and configures new modules and provides advice to end users on application and use of modules.  Provides computer systems support and service for a variety of operating systems. Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security, and systems groups. The Analyst will work with the Marketing Manager to set priorities and project deadlines.

The Analyst supports Wagner’s strategic goals by collecting and maintaining high quality data and performing analysis that informs critical business management decisions. This position employs exceptional statistical analysis and problem-solving skills to interpret dealership and third-party data, presenting insights in easy-to-understand written reports shared with management and other business functions. This analysis may involve determining ROI for marketing campaigns, identifying and projecting sales trends, summarizing customer needs, coverage studies, loyalty studies etc.

  • Assigns and manages requests made by end users
  • Assists with lead sharing program
  • Administers user access and rights
  • System administrator for all CRM Uptake/CRM modules
  • Keeps accurate records of active projects, deadlines, and future development projects
  • Summarize data analysis results in clear and easy to understand written reports and visualizations to be shared with management and other business functions
  • Manage relationships with analytics tools vendors
  • Maintain Governmental Bidding Sites
  • IMACS Technical Support
  • Serve as I-Quote Back-up to Tony Lucini
  • BCS Tool Set Champion and Administrator
  • Ensures that CRM systems are being fully leveraged to reduce errors and increase productivity
  • Sets sales funnel management strategy and trains and educates the organization on sales funnel management strategy.
  • Serves Dodge Systems administrator- Champion use of system
  • Work cooperatively with the marketing team to support to various marketing activities and functions
  • Provide expert advice on collecting data and designing studies for other entities in the company to empower selling and improve the customer experience in the retail environment, in the field, and digitally.
  • Identify external threats and marketing opportunities for departments and the dealership.

  • Meets and responds to the needs/requests of users in a professional and timely manner
  • Develops and provides end user training
  • Maintains relationships with other proprietary system owners
  • Train other staff members on analytical processes and visualization tools and how to use data systems to capture accurate data, where necessary
  • Use effective written and verbal techniques to communicate technical and statistical data in an easy to understand manner
  • Ensures effective sales funnel management
  • Works to increase sales force automation
  • Provides necessary information to generate participation metrics
  • Serves as a subject matter expert with CRM software
  • Serves as CRM software first line technical and help desk support to end users
  • Administers user setup and CRM system introductions
  • Works directly with vendors to resolve issues
  • Conduct research and compile high quality data on customer needs to build the dealership’s knowledge base
  • Perform statistical analysis and tools to validate and interpret data collected through third-party sources
  • Analyze response rates and sales trends to measure ROI and effectiveness of campaigns and other efforts
  • Develop, support and maintain databases and CRM systems to enhance information quality and system performance

Required Education and Experience:

  • College Degree Required
  • 3-5 years in a position as a CRM analyst desired, or equivalent number of years’ experience in a position supporting customer service, sales or related areas
  • 3-5 years customer Service Experience 
  • 1-3 years administrative/clerical experience
  • 1-3 years sales Experience

Additional Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must pass all required pre-employment screenings which may include but are not limited to background checks, drug/alcohol testing, fit for duty testing, and any other job-related tests/screenings

Pay Range: $60,340.00 - $82,976.00 Annually

Salary is dependent on education and experience.
