Marketing Generalist

Wagner Equipment Co., the Caterpillar dealer for Colorado, New Mexico and far west Texas, is seeking applications for a Marketing Generalist. This position is available in Albuquerque, NM or Aurora, CO.

The Marketing Generalist has a variety of administrative responsibilities that empower Wagner’s marketing operations to function effectively and in a manner that reflects the company’s vision of working as “One Professional Team.” Their primary focus is to ensure leads are processed in a timely and efficient manner with a high degree of accuracy. This position collaborates with department managers in the review and administration of Wagner’s Daniel Group customer loyalty program. The Marketing Data Coordinator must demonstrate initiative and creativity in the improvement of data collection and utilization to empower selling and will assist with other Marketing Department functions – cross-train as needed.

  • Monitor and inbound lead sources and process immediately
  • Generate monthly Lead Share Commissions Report and various ad hoc marketing reports and analytics
  • Distribute daily lost sales reports
  • Process PSSR commissions
  • Perform account maintenance as directed by SR Marketing Data Coordinator
  • Process all marketing department accounts payable
  • Produce reports from various systems as needed including Linkconnect, Bid Sites, Access Email Database, AGCO Portal, Qualtrics and others.
  • Maintain systems configurations and user ID and password administration for all Bid Sites as outlined on the Wagner Intranet.
  • Process Wagner business card orders
  • Clear Pending Add and Pending Deletes Daily in Cat Used
  • Order department office supplies as needed
  • AOS Program Administrator
  • Assists Marketing Department with event coverage and other projects
  • Works with DBS, Saleslink, and other applications as needed
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2-3 years in an administrative position managing data
  • 3-5 years administrative/clerical experience
  • 3-5 years customer service experience

Additional Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must pass all required pre-employment screenings which may include but are not limited to background checks, drug/alcohol testing, fit for duty testing, and any other job-related tests/screenings

Pay Range: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Pay rate is determined upon education and experience.
