Main Duties & Responsibilities

Primary Job Role
Acts as system administrator for OLGA (Opportunity Lead Generator Analyzer.)


Maintains configurations and user access control; communicates system updates and outages.


First point of contact for functional and technical support.


Understands OLGA mechanics such as inputs, calculations, outputs, etc.


Ensures key roles are trained to use OLGA system and data effectively.


Facilitates transition from PTOS system to OLGA ensuring data source cleanliness.


Participates in OLGA foundational and advanced training.


Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
Formal Education High School diploma or GED


Experience 6 months or less


Required / Credentials
Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers.


Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.


Not Required but Highly Desired Criteria
Ability to grasp and understand all pertinent company computer systems – with training.


Updating of Knowledge
