Job Duties: Successful candidate will work Monday thru Thursday (four ten hour shifts) on second shift answering parts phone calls. Assist customers with their parts needs. Place parts orders by utilizing parts data base. Research back-orders; research customer credit status. Pull and issue parts for shop mechanics. Open and close service work orders in the evening and collected money on invoices.
Requirements: Mechanical aptitude. Familiarity with product line. Customer service skills. Intermediate computer and keyboarding skills. Ability to learn new systems.
Graduate of a technical school, military school, or relevant working experience acceptable to the company.
