Manages the efficient operations of the department by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Directs and assist the activities of sales staff.
•Provides sales staff with effective tools and incentives to achieve goals.
•Develops, implements and maintains parts and service sales programs.
•Conducts sales meetings.
•Provides and monitors staff training; Monitors customer and employee satisfaction.
•Directly supervises one employee and indirectly supervises 10 Parts and Service Sales Representatives in the Parts and Service Sales Department.
•Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
