Location: Bensalem, Pennsylvania, US

• Process and monitor backorders for all divisions/stores for the Bensalem Territory.

• Process CID requests in PartsViz regarding backorders for CAT parts for all backorders.

• Assist in answering customer requests or questions on the status of order(s).

• Manage, maintain, and close Inventory/Backorder Parts Help Desk requests on a daily basis including orders that will not meet the requested “Need by Date”.

• Reduce and maintain the abandoned call rate

• Support the Parts Team to complete pertinent responsibilities. Responsible for cross-training new hires.

• Assist in solving TEPS dealer(s) issues regarding backorders and general information.

• Assist Corporate Administration Manager, Customer Care Manager and/or Inventory Control Manager as needed to conduct daily business tasks.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of clerical experience and/or equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point and other related software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous Caterpillar or industry experience, a plus.
