ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Manages the activities of power rental sales and administrative staff;
•Power rental equipment sales;
•Manages department sales goals;
•Manages department budget;
•Manages fleet inventories;
•Coordinates marketing programs;
•Answers escalated customer concerns in support of superior customer satisfaction; Oversees department employee training.
Directly supervises employees in the Power Rental Department.
•Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
•Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and four to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
