Rental Coordination Supervisor

The Role

The Rental Coordination Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the Rental Coordinators for the assigned location. Assist customers with rental and retail sale needs. Promote superior service to customers. 

Job duties:

  • Proactively teach and develop rental coordinator staff. Provide timely feedback on their performance. Manage new hire on boarding of rental coordinators
  • As workload requires, assist with and/or perform rental coordinator duties
  • Accurately write rental agreements, explain charges and assist with any questions / concerns related to agreements
  • Maximize sales at the rental counter by capitalizing on all sales opportunities, solving customer problems, and assisting with sales promotions
  • Recommend items to customers that meet their needs. Discuss customer needs, suggesting and recommending the most suitable and safe equipment for the application
  • Completely own the daily, weekly, and monthly checks of assigned location and rental coordinators
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationship with internal departments to ensure seamless operation of the rental counter’s operations
  • Act as a resource of information to customers and employees concerning equipment and services available in the local market area
  • Understand, support and help develop rental operational goals
  • Manage showroom and equipment presentation. Arrange showroom displays.  Keep shelves organized, stocked and clean
  • Assist in demand management for rental fleet
  • Manage and correct invoice / agreement accuracy issues, including intray, credit / rebills, etc.
  • Attend, and help lead, the departmental, store and safety meetings
  • Comply with government safety requirements and other regulations, as well as store security and report safety violations to supervisor

Our Ideal Candidate

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years of work history using computers regularly and working with customers
  • Ability to positively motivate, develop, and manage employees
  • Strong creativity and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer relations skills


What will put you ahead:

  • Minimum of two years of Foley Rental experience
  • Sales experience
  • Previous experience in the construction field
  • Bilingual
