JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
Process orders for rental and sales, creating, reviewing, quoting, and maintaining all rental invoices and agreements with accuracy and timeliness. Process payables for rental and sales, issuing POs, reviewing vendor invoices, and approving in a timely manner. Works closely with all rental personnel, outside vendors, and customers to ensure customer satisfaction. This includes but is not limited to: notifies customers immediately if there are any delivery delays, setting up outside freight and fuel, and follows up on all overdue rental contracts.
Strong customer service skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks. Organized and detail-oriented. Communication skills are essential. Excellent computer skills – MS Office proficiency required. Must understand and be able to effectively communicate equipment applications and key performance specifications. Understands usage and applications of all rental equipment and services offered.
Must recognize the difference between similar products and the advantages/disadvantages of particular applications.
High School Diploma
Four years of administrative experience in a service environment
Highly motivated, with excellent computer skills, proficient with all Microsoft Office software
Superior communication and customer interaction skills along with good organizational skills
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard, and to verbally communicate to exchange information. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
