Mustang Rental Services is hiring Rental Equipment Technicians across all skill levels (Entry Level/Intermediate/Advanced) for Shop Service and Field Service positions.
As a Rental Equipment Technician, your primary responsibility is to determine the status of services needed for various heavy and light rental equipment and perform the necessary repairs and maintenance to restore the equipment to proper operation.
Must own proper tools to preform necessary repairs
High school graduate or equivalent
Associates degree or certificate from technical school preferred
Previous related work or military experience
Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems
Welding experience preferred
Entry Level Technician:
Must be able to apply basic competencies requires to perform basic service tasks including: sustainability and contamination control, hand tools, measuring tools, lifting, jacking and blocking, fasteners and locking devices, bearings, seals and gaskets, interpretation of engineering drawings, hoses and couplings, fuel and lubricants.
Intermediate Level Technician:
Performs machinery and component service and repair including: preventative maintenance, remove, install, disassemble, assemble, reconditioning, testing, adjusting, technical analysis, troubleshooting, diagnostics and failure analysis.
Advanced Level Technician:
Demonstrate extensive knowledge and be sought out for guidance to perform machinery and component service and repair including: preventative maintenance, remove, install, disassemble, assemble, reconditioning, testing, adjusting, technical analysis, troubleshooting, diagnostics and failure analysis.
