Rental Coordinator- Power Systems (On-Site)
Responsibilities:
o Provide rental support to the Rental Sales Team to ensure excellent customer service
o Answer incoming calls from Sales Representatives, customers, and the rental call center
o Generate customer quotes, create and close rental agreements while utilizing Ziegler’s proprietary rental software
o Monitor rental reports to manage daily tasks to ensure process compliance
o Coordinate equipment deliveries and returns with the Transportation Department
o Ensure accurate and timely invoices, including collection of unpaid balances
o Build and maintain knowledge of rental fleet equipment and their applications
o Collaborate effectively with team members, management, and other departments
o Assist with inventory management when needed
o Follow up with Sales Representatives and customers through phone and other communication channels
o Participate in after-hours, on-call support as needed
o Assist with reception desk phone coverage, special projects, and training as needed
Qualifications:
o High School Diploma or GED; 2 or 4 year degree preferred
o Personal Attributes: Customer focus, attention to detail, dependability, efficiency, planning and organization
o Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment
o Experience working in Microsoft Office Suite and related software
o Preferred – rental industry knowledge
