Fleet Service Coordinator
- Effectively manage the rental fleet, analyzing repair impact on finances to maximize ROI
- Strategically prioritize machine work while maintaining an equilibrium between competing demands
- Monitor and analyze machine repair trends and expenses, developing and implementing processes to optimize fleet condition
- Lead pre-delivery inspection for new machines and ready used machines for sale
- Coordinate warranty work, safety recalls, and product updates
- Administer the customer damage process
- Ensure regulatory compliance with state and federal agencies for the rental fleet
- Effectively establish rapport with multiple service department leaders and collaborate with them to complete tasks that have conflicting priorities.
- Occasional travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations
- Possesses a basic understanding of mechanical systems and nomenclature
- Demonstrates a strong mechanical aptitude
- Exhibits proficient computer skills
- Showcases exceptional organizational skills
- Has excellent customer relations and communication abilities, fostering positive relationships
- Previous experience as a technician in a shop environment
- Previous experience in the equipment or rental industry
